Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our BIOVIA EMEAR Project Management department at Dassault Systèmes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and managing the implementation of complex customer projects across various organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Implementation: Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects to customers.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage and coordinate with stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and external partners, to ensure project success.
- Project Budgeting and Cost Management: Manage project expenditures, including capital and expense, and ensure timely and accurate service invoicing.
- Proposal and Estimate Development: Assist in the creation of proposals and estimates for Professional Service projects, working closely with Sales, Presales, and Solutions Architects.
- Communication and Reporting: Prepare and present executive briefings to customers and internal stakeholders, including recommendations for executive action.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluent written and spoken French and English required.
- Education and Certifications: Qualified to degree level or similar, Project Management Certification such as PMP or PRINCE2, beneficial though not essential.
- Experience: A successful and verifiable track record of managing and delivering complex projects in a software environment in a Science industry.
- Commercial Understanding: Strong commercial understanding combined with project management expertise working within a consulting organization.
- Business Acumen: In-depth understanding of processes, workflows, and business factors for commercial organizations.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge in Business Analysis and Software Engineering.
