We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Bourbourg, France. As a key member of our Industrial Engineering Team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated systems and machines for our gigafactory.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the development of industrial automation systems, including ASRS, stacker cranes, automated conveying systems, AGV/RGV, and 3-axis gantries.
- Collaborate with project engineers to design, manufacture, and commission new factory equipment.
- Improve factory processes through process improvement projects, focusing on reducing labor and scrap costs, increasing machine availability, and utilization.
- Master's degree in engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial engineering.
- Knowledge of intercommunication protocols (OPCUA/API) and industrial engineering ERP software (SAP, WMS, MES).
- Proficiency in data processing and analysis using MS Excel, Minitab, MATLAB, or Python.
