Night Shift Supervisor

At Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Shift Supervisor to join our team.

• Delegate tasks to restaurant staff and supervise their performance to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain a fully-stocked inventory and order food supplies as needed to meet customer demands.
• Arrange for shift coverage when employees take time off to ensure continuous service.
• Help staff resolve on-the-job challenges and provide guidance to improve performance.
• Track and impact daily costs and revenues, including labor, food cost, guest satisfaction, and sales to drive business growth.
• Balance the cash drawer at the end of the shift to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of food products and maintain a positive relationship.
• Ensure client satisfaction and handle complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Open or close the restaurant as needed, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Inform the next Shift Leader about pending tasks and ensure a seamless handover.
• Report maintenance and training needs to ensure the restaurant remains up-to-date and compliant.
• Protect the establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies to prevent accidents and maintain a positive reputation.
