Fichet Security Solutions France, a part of the Fichet Group, is seeking an Electromechanical Technician (M/F) to operate within the Marseille / Nîmes area. In this role, you will be an integral member of the Service Department, focusing on the upkeep, installation, and commissioning of Fichet products and their associated brands.
Service Operations:
- Executing both corrective and preventive maintenance at client locations, preparing estimates, and restoring equipment. You will also provide commercial insights or quotes to the sales assistants or Activity Manager for more intricate assessments.
Maintenance, Installation, and Commissioning:
- Conducting maintenance on electronic and electromechanical systems at customer sites, which includes part replacements, programming, and the commissioning of various devices. The technician may also participate in product installations and provide training to clients.
Administrative Oversight: Installation & Service:
- For installations, you will relay technical specifications to the Project Manager, Sales Representatives, and engineering team. Keeping the Project Manager informed about specific project advancements is essential.
- For service tasks, you will receive intervention details via a PDA device, complete each assignment, document replaced components, and update the Activity Manager regarding maintenance progress or manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and vehicle supplies.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bac+2 degree in Electronics and have at least 1 year of relevant experience, showcasing skills in mechanics, electronics, and IT. Strong listening abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a solid understanding of IT are highly valued.
