About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Asset Manager to join our team at AXA Investment Managers. As a key member of our Asset Management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of real estate assets, with a focus on maximizing returns and minimizing risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze asset-level data to inform investment decisions
  • Develop and implement financial models to evaluate investment opportunities
  • Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of asset budgets
  • Organize real estate appraisal campaigns to determine asset values
  • Monitor key performance indicators and contribute to investor reporting
  • Participate in the follow-up of tenant relations and disputes
  • Contribute to the implementation of marketing and rental strategies
  • Assist in the preparation of disposals, including data room preparation and valuation
Requirements
  • Postgraduate studies in Finance, Management, Engineering, or Real Estate
  • Proven interest in real estate, with previous experience in asset management or real estate a plus
  • Accomplished interpersonal skills, with ability to work efficiently in a team
  • Autonomous, initiative-driven, and result-oriented culture
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capacity
  • Verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative solutions
  • Fluent in English
