About the Role

Avery Dennison Smartrac is seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our European Graduate Program in Operations and Manufacturing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting local and European continuous improvement and optimization projects in areas such as Process Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Enterprise Lean Six Sigma, Manufacturing For Future / Digital Transformation, and Environment Health & Safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support local and European continuous improvement and optimization projects
  • Involvement in project work such as new equipment installation / machine modifications
  • Manufacturing key projects and Teamleader roles can be considered for the second rotation

Requirements

  • University Degree (Bachelor / Master) in a relevant Engineering field
  • First relevant practical experience (internships, project work), preferably in an international manufacturing environment
  • A good level of English
  • Willingness to relocate to different projects and locations across Europe during the program
