Position Overview:

We are looking for dedicated Academic Coaches to instruct various subjects on our digital platform. In this role, you will engage with learners, offer guidance, and assess their development throughout the course. Candidates with a master's degree or higher in a relevant area, along with professional experience and a passion for sharing knowledge, are encouraged to consider this opportunity at EDHEC Business School.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehend course material and set clear expectations for students.
  • Provide mentorship and support to enrich the online educational experience.
  • Encourage student engagement and act as a facilitator.
  • Address student questions promptly.
  • Track student progress and provide assistance as necessary.
  • Prepare and deliver virtual lessons.
  • Assess student submissions and offer constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with the EDHEC Business School team for program enhancement.
  • Maintain ethical standards and report any issues.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree (Ph.D. preferred) in the relevant field.
  • Experience in international educational environments.
  • Commitment to sharing knowledge and expertise.
  • Fluency in French and/or English.
  • Familiarity with online teaching platforms.
  • Availability for a minimum of 5 hours per week for course-related duties.
