Workshop Supervisor

Ville de Besançon is seeking a dedicated and experienced Workshop Supervisor - White Products to lead and manage a team of skilled professionals.

As the Workshop Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop, overseeing all aspects of production and maintenance related to white products. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from supervising daily operations to implementing directives from management and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.

• Provide effective leadership and guidance to a team of skilled technicians.
• Actively participate in the execution of workshop tasks, demonstrating expertise and proficiency.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify the quality of work performed and maintain high standards of workmanship.
