Your Mission

As a Senior Installation Methods Engineer at Subsea 7, you will be responsible for the installation of subsea structures, floating wind structures, mooring systems, and other equipment. You will work closely with our design team, suppliers, and offshore crew to ensure the successful execution of our projects.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of engineers and a package
  • Manage external interfaces with clients, suppliers, and internal interfaces with other disciplines
  • Prepare documents and studies related to tenders, FEEDs, and projects
  • Supervise engineering activities related to product preparation and offshore installation
  • Plan and prepare procedures and associated calculation notes
  • Participate in vessel mobilization and installation phases
  • Ensure activities are conducted in compliance with project standards
  • Validate concepts and manage changes
  • Actively participate in team development and expertise consolidation
  • Propose innovative solutions to reduce costs

Your Profile

  • Engineering degree with 7-8 years of experience in the petroleum or offshore wind sector
  • Previous experience in subsea structures installation and/or flexible flowlines/umbilicals, mooring installation is desirable
  • Renewables floating wind and other relevant experience is desirable
  • Experience of site and offshore operations
  • Autonomy, capacity to coordinate and communicate are key assets
  • Experience leading teams
  • Good communication skills in English, both verbally and written

Working Conditions

  • Most work is carried out in the home office site in Suresnes, France
  • Requirement for some international travel
  • Offshore/Off-site location during project execution phases as required
