Production Supervisor

Tendriade, a leading provider of veal products, seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee their labeling and order preparation workshop in Châteaubourg. This role involves managing a team of approximately 30 employees and ensuring the smooth operation of production processes.

• Production Planning & Optimization: Develop and implement efficient production schedules to maximize output while adhering to quality standards.
• Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for enhancement and implement strategies to boost overall workshop efficiency.
• Team Leadership & Communication: Effectively manage team scheduling, foster clear communication channels, and motivate employees to achieve production goals.
• Budget Management & Action Planning: Develop and execute departmental budgets and action plans aligned with company objectives.
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity and workflow.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, quality control, and safety protocols within the workshop environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven individual with a degree in Agri-food Engineering or a related field.
