CRIT, a leading expert in HR solutions, is seeking a skilled Technician Regulator to join our client's team in the cosmetics industry.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technician Regulator to work in a fast-paced production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production lines, maintaining equipment, and resolving technical issues.

• Prepare and adjust machines according to daily production requirements
• Validate production line launches in collaboration with other departments
• Install and dismantle machines to adapt to changing production needs
• Adjust coding machines, laser, inkjet, and label applicators
• Set up and maintain scotch tape and fardeleuse machines
• Clean production lines and equipment
• Ensure timely replenishment of consumables, such as labels and cellophane
• Respond to technical issues and resolve them promptly
• Ensure the proper functioning of the facility, including lighting, electricity, and plumbing
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs
• Assist with material handling tasks as needed

• BTS or BAC PRO technical degree, or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the cosmetics industry
