About the Role
Orano Group is seeking a highly skilled Technician Nuclear Measurements Specialist to join our team in the Measurement and Characterization Nuclear department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and maintenance in the areas of measurement and characterization of nuclear processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review technical documentation from equipment suppliers to identify potential anomalies or singularities in the operation of nuclear control process equipment.
- Analyze the return on experience of the operation of our nuclear facilities to understand the mechanisms of equipment aging.
- Provide expert opinions on the extension of these equipment in the context of the post-2040 factory permanence project.
- Conduct or lead technical studies on the evolution, adaptation, or optimization of implemented equipment.
- Interface with project teams working on the permanence of La Hague installations as well as projects led by the Programs Directorate in the context of modification and/or creation of installations.
