Mission
A medicalized nursing home is seeking a dedicated physician to enhance its healthcare team.

Establishment:

The facility is a nursing home that provides care for elderly individuals, whether they are independent or require assistance, for both short and long-term stays. It offers a serene and sophisticated environment, featuring private rooms and suites suitable for individuals or couples. The establishment includes two specialized units focused on the care of both autonomous and dependent elderly residents.

Current Team: The healthcare team is composed of qualified professionals who prioritize the comfort and well-being of the residents.

Under the guidance of a coordinating physician and a lead nurse, the team includes:

  • Licensed Nurses,
  • Psychologist,
  • Psychomotor Therapist,
  • Nursing Assistants,
  • Medical-Psychological Assistants

Position:
Contract Type:
Full-time/Part-time permanent contract
Type of practice: Salaried - managerial status
Compensation: based on experience (starting from 10,000 EUR gross/month)

Responsibilities:
Under the hierarchical oversight of the facility director and in close collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, the physician will:
  • Develop, with the care team, a comprehensive care plan that aligns with the facility's objectives and assess its implementation.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in geriatric care, providing relevant recommendations and contributing to the evaluation of care quality.
  • Participate in the development of a training policy and assist in informing healthcare professionals working within the facility.
  • Aid in the implementation of agreements between the facility and healthcare institutions to ensure continuity of care, particularly in exceptional circumstances.
  • Provide insights on admissions by ensuring the compatibility of residents' health statuses with the institution's care capabilities.
  • Assess and validate residents' dependency levels and care requirements using established standards.
  • Ensure the traceability of prescriptions and oversee the completion and updating of each resident's medical records.
  • Collaborate with the care team to prepare the annual medical activity report.

Profile
The ideal candidate will hold a State Doctorate in Medicine along with the necessary diploma, certificate, or qualification relevant to their specialty. Registration with the Order of Physicians and the Shared Directory of Health Professionals (RPPS) is mandatory.
