Militaire à part entière, l'équipier naval vit une expérience professionnelle originale et valorisante. A l'issue de ce contrat de 2 ans, il pourra accéder à un parcours plus long dans la marine ou continuer son aventure professionnelle dans le civil.
Missions- Vous assurez essentiellement des fonctions de soutien (tâches administratives, d'entretien, de service général...).
- Vous contribuez à garantir à votre unité les moyens indispensables à la réussite de sa mission.
- Vous pouvez être employé dans tous les services des unités de la Marine.

Avantages et Évolution- Salaire : Entre 1550€ et 2300€ selon votre lieu d'affectation (terre ou embarqué, en métropole ou en outre-mer) et votre situation familiale.
- Avantages : Rémunération dès le début de la formation, 45 jours de congés par an, possibilité de bénéficier d'un logement attribué par le ministère des Armées, avantages carte SNCF (tarif à -75% pour déplacements personnels)
- Grade : Le matelot est le premier échelon d'entrée dans la Marine. Il tient, en mer comme à terre, des fonctions d'opérateur au sein des équipages.
- Évolutions possibles : Après quelques années d'expériences, vous aurez la possibilité de passer le Brevet d'Aptitude Technique (BAT) afin de vous spécialiser dans votre domaine d'emploi initial ou dans l'un de nos 14 domaines d'activité. Vous poursuivrez alors votre carrière en changeant de catégorie de grade en devenant officier marinier (technicien et chef d'équipe). L'obtention du brevet supérieur (BS) puis du brevet de maîtrise (BM), ou encore les concours internes vous permettront de viser de nouvelles responsabilités.
- Niveau 3ème à Bac
- Être de nationalité française
- Être âgé de 17 à moins de 30 ans
- Être physiquement et médicalement apte
- Savoir nager
- Avoir accompli sa Journée Défense et Citoyenneté (JDC - ex JAPD)
