The Paris office is currently seeking Analysts for Graduate positions. As an Analyst, you will be an integral part of the execution teams, engaging directly with projects for a diverse range of clients, including corporations, financial institutions, and private equity firms. Your role will encompass various strategic and financial advisory needs such as disposals, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and financing advisory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain financial models under the mentorship of senior bankers.
- Conduct valuation analyses to support client advisory, including discounted cash flow assessments, trading and transaction comparables, and LBO-based evaluations.
- Analyze market data to track equity, debt, and macroeconomic trends.
- Enhance relationship-building skills through client interactions and exposure to senior professionals.
Proficiency in both English and French is essential for this role.
