Job DescriptionJob Title: Hôte de Caisse (Cashier)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
- Excellent Communication Skills: Required
- Basic Math Skills: Required
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Required
- Availability to Work Flexible Hours: Required
