We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Investment Banking Associate to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our Investment Banking team, you will play a critical role in developing and strengthening our client relationships, participating on advisory teams, and structuring and executing a full range of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating and analyzing financial models to support client presentations and transactions
  • Organizing and preparing client presentations to explain industry trends and assess clients' situations
  • Assisting in structuring transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and financing
  • Coordinating teams of tax advisors, attorneys, and bankers for various transactions
  • Leading due diligence processes and actively participating in the negotiations of legal documentation
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' investment banking experience
  • History of outstanding academic and professional achievement
  • Strong team orientation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members in multiple groups and regions
