As an Asset Management Tax Professional at Natixis NY Branch, you will play a key role in supporting the Finance Department in matters related to product taxation. Your expertise will be essential in structuring investment vehicles, advising on tax issues, and facilitating monitoring of regulations. You will work closely with French and foreign affiliates to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the structuring of investment vehicles and advising on tax issues related to asset management.
- Supporting the implementation of new tax regulations, such as Pillar 2, and monitoring existing regulations like CRS/FATCA/CBC Report/DAC 6.
- Collaborating with the Corporate taxation team on cross-cutting tax topics, including VAT issues, transfer pricing, and international taxation.
- Participating in working groups, such as the AFG, to monitor product taxation and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in an international environment with a community of experts who value excellence, impact, and collective action. You will have the ability to work remotely and be based in Paris.
Requirements:
- Higher education in tax law.
- At least 4 years of experience in similar positions.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to work in a team.
- Proficiency in English with a C1 level.
