Procurement Accountant

Within the Accounting Service, we are seeking a Financial Supplier Accountant in a CDI position.

Reporting to the Supplier Accountant Manager, your mission will be to maintain the supplier accounting and you will be responsible for:

- Coding and entering supplier invoices,

- Analyzing, reading, and justifying moved accounts,

- Managing supplier and interdepartmental emails and mail,

- Performing weekly payment campaigns in accordance with payment deadlines,

- Performing monthly and semi-annual closing tasks (subscriptions, FNP, CCA, etc.).

You will be the guarantor of the correct accounting of supplier invoices and related accounts and will ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures.

With a Bac + 2 degree (BTS Accounting/Management type), you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Supplier Accounting. You are particularly rigorous and organized, with a taste for numbers and teamwork, good interpersonal skills, and analytical skills. You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and ideally Agresso.
