  • Sales Proficiency: Suggest and sell essential consumables for equipment operation, offering valuable insights to clients.
  • Parts Management Specialist: Promptly order spare parts or prepare repair estimates with precision.
  • Report Writing Excellence: Draft clear and detailed intervention reports, ensuring client acknowledgment for complete transparency.
  • Quality Assurance Advocate: Uphold the standards of your interventions and maintain the company's esteemed reputation with clients.
  • Safety Compliance Officer: Educate clients on safety considerations related to equipment and execute interventions in strict adherence to regulations.
  • Inventory Management Expert: Effectively oversee the inventory of spare parts in your vehicle to ensure peak performance.

This role requires regular travel (approximately 40% of working hours) within the designated region.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a refrigeration technician, with a focus on kitchen equipment, demonstrating strong troubleshooting, electrical, and refrigeration skills.
  • Possession of a Category 1 refrigeration qualification certificate, with expertise in repairing and maintaining a variety of equipment.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Customer service-oriented, exhibiting professionalism and kindness to foster enduring client relationships.
  • Self-sufficient: Capable of managing your time and tasks with organization and efficiency.
  • Willingness to be available for on-call duties during weekdays, nights, and weekends to ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Long-term commitment and full engagement in assigned tasks are essential.
