We are seeking a highly motivated and delivery-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our Strategy and Transformation team. This team is responsible for driving business growth and innovation across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
- Analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights and develop data-driven recommendations to optimize business performance.
- Contribute to projects aimed at supporting functions and countries in revisiting operational models, including process redesign, organization redesign, and role mandates definition.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive organizational change and transformation initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams to facilitate collaboration and information sharing.
Requirements
- Project management skills, including the ability to organize a work package or contribute to cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
