About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to join our team at Alexander Mcqueen France. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and improve customer experience.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage and maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a personalized and exceptional experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a team management role in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong knowledge of the fashion industry and current trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
