In light of the successful introduction of our specialized Cloud solution, Darktrace is eager to expand our team of Cloud Infrastructure Solutions Engineers. This dynamic and prominent role, focused on customer engagement, will assist our EMEA sales teams in addressing significant customer opportunities within the Cloud sector.
Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering technical pre-sales support, collaborating with account teams to stimulate revenue growth and enhance the adoption of our cloud offerings. As a pivotal technical authority, you will serve as a trusted resource for both clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize Cyber AI to secure client multi-cloud environments, showcasing your enthusiasm and extensive knowledge of cloud service provider ecosystems in this client-facing position at the forefront of cyber security solutions. Your technical proficiency will be essential in addressing the needs of clients and account teams, ultimately driving increased revenue and customer satisfaction.
Daily Activities Include:
- Collaborating with account and leadership teams to formulate cloud-centric sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Assisting clients through demonstrations and Proof of Value, positioning Darktrace effectively within their cloud infrastructures.
- Identifying new upsell opportunities in the cloud by fostering robust technical relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Sharing insights through technology assessments and product evaluations.
- Supporting the account team in crafting deployment strategies and architectures for clients.
Qualifications:
We invite applications from candidates who possess a solid background in software sales engineering or technical account management, along with expertise in at least one cloud service provider platform. Relevant certifications to complement this experience are preferred, alongside a strong understanding of both on-premise and cloud networking. Ideal candidates will also demonstrate:
- Experience in facilitating consultative selling through technical knowledge.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in an engaging manner.
- The ability to cultivate enduring business relationships.
