At ProductLife Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Innovative Product Development Officer to join our multidisciplinary expert team. As a key member of our Research & Innovation Department, you will be responsible for driving scientific innovation and regulatory excellence in product development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough scientific state-of-the-art analyses and regulatory watch to inform product development strategies.
  • Develop and implement internal research and innovation projects in regulatory science, collaborating with international partners and supervising internships as needed.
  • Contribute to the analysis and support of innovative product development for customers, particularly start-ups, in collaboration with PLG experts.
Requirements:
  • Recently graduated with a PhD or post-doc level in Biotechnology.
  • Strong interest in regulatory science, with no prior experience required.
  • Experience in industry or entrepreneurship is a plus.
Desired Skills:
  • Fluent English is mandatory, with Mandarin a plus.
  • Curiosity, autonomy, proactivity, and constructive criticism.
  • Advanced analytical and redactional skills.
  • Analytical mindset and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Team player attitude.
