Renewable Energy Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Project Manager to oversee the construction, maintenance, and operations of our offshore wind facility in Normandy, France. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale construction projects and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee the construction, maintenance, and operations of the offshore wind facility.
  • Manage onsite staff and contractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including engineering teams, project managers, and external contractors, to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Monitor project costs and progress, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Solve onsite problems effectively, acting as the first point of contact for any onsite issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in the offshore wind sector.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams in a dynamic offshore environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A robust understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Technical background in engineering or relevant field is highly desirable.
