Position:

  • Automotive Aesthetics Supervisor (M/F)

As a specialist in automotive aesthetics, you will manage a team of preparers across various locations. Your duties will encompass ensuring compliance with preparation protocols for both new and pre-owned vehicles, meeting production goals, upholding service excellence, evaluating productivity discrepancies, and mentoring new staff members. Additionally, you will be expected to propose enhancements to methods and tools.

Profile:

  • Essential: CAP/BEP in automotive mechanics and 2-5 years of experience in vehicle preparation
  • Attributes: meticulous attention to detail, professionalism, commitment to customer satisfaction, organized approach, and a focus on quality
  • Competencies: systematic tracking, analytical skills, inherent leadership, and a positive demeanor
  • A valid driver's license is required
