Regulatory Compliance Manager Off-shore F/M

Your RoleAs a Regulatory Compliance Manager Off-shore F/M, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects meet regulatory requirements and are compliant with national and international laws and regulations. You will work closely with the project team to identify and mitigate any regulatory risks, and ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.
Key Responsibilities- Establish, maintain, and implement project procedures related to regulatory compliance
- Ensure suitable reporting to project management and clients
- Review national regulations identified as applicable by the legal consultant and inform the project of regulations that have an impact in each project phase, support to clarify when necessary
- Ensure that documentation of regulatory compliance is robust and available
- Establish and maintain a permitting register
- Establish and implement class activities with Classification society, ensure all exchanges on the project are performed, understood, and recorded formally in a timely manner and of right quality
- Ensure Project documents are identified and transferred to Class Society in timely manner, ensure disciplines close-out
- Ensure Flag activities are duly coordinated
- Coordinate Project queries raised to Class/Flag
- Be responsible for the commercial aspect and final close-out of Class contracts
- Ensure that Flag provisional Certificate and Class Provisional Certificate and other mandatory documents are issued and re-issued in a timely manner until final hand-over to Client
- For Verification, establish and execute contract with third party(ies). Ensure that all exchanges with third party are performed in a timely manner and are of the right quality. Ensure the requirements are cascaded to Vendors/Subcontract if required
- Support Project in Performance Standard coordination
You are the ideal profile if, with an engineering degree or equivalent, minimum 5 years relevant work experience with Classification societies, Flag administration in the Maritime/oil and gas industry with a minimum of 5-years' experience in work with third party organizations, national authorities, and regulatory compliance. Experience with local regulation and permitting support is an advantage.
