Vous êtes un expert en Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) avec une expérience significative (+10 ans) dans la mise en œuvre de projets PLM, référentiel produits ou Supply Chain amont, acquise au sein d'un cabinet de conseil ou d'une ESN.

Vos compétences clés incluent la maîtrise d'au moins un outil PLM majeur du secteur (C8, Lascom, Lectra), ainsi que la capacité à collaborer avec des équipes établies à l'étranger et à communiquer en anglais.

Poste & responsabilités

En tant que Manager PLM chez Adone Conseil, votre mission sera de vous approprier les processus métiers, de participer à la réalisation et au déploiement du PLM chez le client, dans le but d'enrichir la chaîne de valeur, d'accélérer le développement des produits / projets et de favoriser le travail collaboratif.

Vos responsabilités incluent l'identification des enjeux et des objectifs de la mise en place du PLM chez le client, la conduite du choix de l'outil, l'établissement et le suivi des plannings et budgets, ainsi que la rédaction des propositions commerciales et la présentation des messages du cabinet en avant-vente.

Compétences requises

  • Expérience significative (+10 ans) dans la mise en œuvre de projets PLM, référentiel produits ou Supply Chain amont
  • Maîtrise d'au moins un outil PLM majeur du secteur (C8, Lascom, Lectra)
  • Capacité à collaborer avec des équipes établies à l'étranger et à communiquer en anglais
  • Capacité à conduire le changement tout au long du projet
  • Capacité à garantir le Run du projet
  • Capacité à assurer le management d'équipe, recrutement, staffing, coaching, suivi de carrière
