As a key member of the Bobbi Brown EMEA regional marketing team, you will bridge the gap between our international headquarters in New York and the 17 local markets in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Product Manager in the EMEA headquarters, you will be in daily contact with the 17 markets and the New York headquarters to support strategic projects and new product launches.

Key Tasks:

  • Conduct monthly market analysis via NPD and SAP to inform competitive and market strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to develop the line-up assortment based on new launches and market trends.
  • Coordinate the development of Sets & GWP (Gift With Purchase) to enhance customer experiences.
  • Work with the global team to establish pricing strategies that balance market needs and global objectives.
  • Prepare comprehensive new launches decks to support market implementation.
  • Support affiliates with local trade marketing and launch activities.
  • Organize regional meetings to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Analyze consumer insights to inform marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

We seek a student of higher education (Bac +4/5 or Business School) with first experience in Marketing. Fluency in French and English is required, along with strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency. Autonomy, proactivity, flexibility, and team spirit are essential qualities for this role.
