Job Summary
Faurecia, a leading technology company in the automotive industry, is seeking an IT Sales Consultant to join its Global Information Technologies (GIT) Division. As a key player in the company's digital transformation strategy, this role will focus on analyzing, designing, deploying, and supporting IT tools for the Sales community.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, providing guidance on operations, concepts, strategic discussions, and business process design.
- Analyze and discuss business requirements with stakeholders and key users, challenging requirements when necessary to ensure consistency with the corporate Core Model.
- Translate requirements into use cases and functional specifications for developers, competence centers, or external integrators/editors.
- Design and customize IT solutions for new processes, supporting SAP CC while implementing them.
- Plan and follow up on project milestones, supporting integration tests and guiding key users during UAT.
- Provide functional support for incident resolution (L3 support level) and deliver required documentation.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering or Business School or equivalent.
- Excellent spoken and written English (compulsory), with a third language a plus.
- 4-5 years+ experience in ERP solutions, IT applications design, and IT project execution.
- Strong knowledge of Sales processes in SAP, with S4 know-how an advantage.
- Experience in IT solutions such as SAP Global Trade Services, Sales & Services a plus.
- Experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of sales activities in this business a plus.
- Strong customer and result-oriented mindset, with solid written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and occasional travel (20% max).
