Role Overview:
- Manage machinery and oversee the handling of raw ingredients
- Prepare dough in accordance with established recipes
- Ensure production standards are met and address any quality concerns
- Modify machine configurations as required
- Keep machinery and the workspace in pristine condition

- Work in rotating shifts (5h/13h, 13h/21h, 21h/5h)
