In line with our growth, Hall U Need is seeking an Assistant Manager of Operations.

Your future responsibilities include:

FOOD SERVICE

  • Ensure the smooth operation of service across all tables.
  • Execute table service efficiently.
  • Oversee the proper setup of tables.
  • Address customer inquiries, necessitating a solid understanding of the menu and dishes.
  • Master various service styles (e.g., French service).
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare the bill.
  • Process payments.
  • Clear tables, assisted by runners.

TEAM MANAGEMENT

  • Ensure the team's professional appearance by providing necessary uniforms and equipment.
  • Manage the animation team's schedules based on standard planning, considering attendance, scheduled events, and corporate reservations.
  • Oversee the animation coordinators.
  • Ensure comprehensive training for all team members, adhering to established processes.
  • Be the guarantor of effective onboarding for new staff.
  • Maintain operational presence. Schedule a responsible individual during opening hours, including regular evening and weekend shifts (at least one weekend every two weeks).
  • Enforce work guidelines, schedules, and break times.
  • Manage leave requests and scheduling.
  • Monitor attendance and relay data to HR for payroll management.
  • Recruit new team members.

Profile

You possess significant experience in management, ensuring adherence to processes within the table service sector. You can demonstrate your ability to manage a team of 30 individuals effectively. You have a recognized operational dimension. Leadership, the ability to assert oneself, persuasive skills, availability, and a strong work ethic are essential qualities to fulfill this role comprehensively.
