Ergonomics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Ergonomics Engineer to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our passengers.

• Conduct ergonomics simulations using Catia V5, Human Builder, and Human Posture Analysis to optimize passenger comfort and reduce the risk of injury.
• Perform heuristic assessments of display interfaces to ensure they are user-friendly and intuitive.
• Conduct human factors studies to identify and mitigate potential risks and workload issues.
• Develop and implement anthropometric data and seat dimension calculations to ensure optimal passenger comfort.
• Prepare, analyze, and interpret REX results to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with the Core Competence Network to drive innovation and improvement in ergonomics and human factors.

• At least 3 years of experience in ergonomics and human factors.
• Strong knowledge of methodologies, including task analysis, questionnaire definition, and manikin definition.
• Proficiency in tools such as Catia V5, DMA, Human Builder, and Human Posture Analysis.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Advanced level of English language proficiency (conversational, writing, and reading).
• French language proficiency is a plus.
