We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waterproofing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of waterproofing techniques and materials, as well as a proven track record of successful project completion.

• Conduct thorough inspections of completed work at the end of each site visit, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
• Restore surrounding areas to their original condition after project completion, maintaining a clean and organized worksite.
• Collaborate with the Site Manager to organize and manage the construction site effectively, optimizing workflow and resource allocation.
• Implement and enforce strict safety protocols on site, ensuring the well-being of all personnel and compliance with industry regulations.
• Oversee the management and maintenance of tools and equipment, identifying future requirements and coordinating procurement as needed.
• Supervise and guide construction teams to ensure projects progress smoothly according to established timelines, specifications, and quality benchmarks.
• Develop and implement comprehensive safety measures for all team members, promoting a culture of safety consciousness.
• Perform manual handling tasks involving materials and equipment, adhering to safe lifting practices and ergonomic principles.
• Install roofing support structures and various waterproofing materials, ensuring proper installation techniques and adherence to manufacturer specifications.
• Prepare and install diverse roofing materials, demonstrating proficiency in different types of roofing systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project lifecycle, adhering to established housekeeping standards.
• Operate various construction tools and equipment effectively and safely, ensuring proper maintenance and adherence to operating procedures.

Candidates should possess a CAP, Bac, or Professional Degree in Public Works, or have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role with demonstrable expertise in waterproofing techniques. A valid driver's license is required for travel to various construction sites within the Paris region.
