E-commerce Data Analyst EMEA

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our E-commerce team in Annecy, France. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business decisions through data-driven insights.
Data Analysis and Reporting- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various analytics platforms to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, return rates, consumer behavior, and sales performance.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, A/B testing, and pricing strategies.
- Provide recommendations to optimize the customer journey and improve the user experience at the local level.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust validation and data cleansing processes.
- Collaborate with the global data team and other departments to integrate data from various sources.
- Support analytics training in collaboration with the global data and analytics team.
Qualifications:
- At least years of experience in digital analysis, including conducting analyses, creating presentations, and comfortable with presenting.
- Minimum of a Master's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent English. French is a plus.
- Excellent proficiency required with Content Square. Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Piano is preferred. Bonus: Dynamic Yield.
- Decision-making support based on analyzed data. Customer service orientation: Understand and integrate the needs of internal/external clients to respond appropriately in the best interest of the company. Ability to work in a team and collaborate: Promote information sharing and team spirit, contributing to collective efficiency. Adherence to company values and confidentiality obligations.
