Innovation : Responsable des initiatives de digitalisation des sinistres sur le marché français, y compris l'E-Claim et l'implémentation de solutions d'intelligence artificielle. Chargé de la création et de l'amélioration continue des pages dédiées aux sinistres. Être le point de contact avec les équipes de développement pour la mise en œuvre de solutions novatrices. Expertise : Fournir un avis technique à l'équipe concernant l'introduction de nouveaux produits ou partenariats. Effectuer une veille sur les évolutions réglementaires relatives à la gestion des sinistres. Superviser les audits (internes et externes) du département et formuler des recommandations conformes à la politique du Groupe. Coordonner les formations destinées aux clients (Campus, Rencontres Médicales, Webinaires, Formations sur mesure, Cercle des Experts Sinistres, Club Utilisateurs SOLEM, etc.) : Recueillir les besoins, les ressources et planifier les sessions. Positionner SCOR comme un leader dans la gestion des sinistres sur le marché français auprès des clients et au sein de SCOR à l'international. Processus : Garantir l'application de la politique SCOR Life & Health en matière de gestion des sinistres. Réviser les processus au sein de l'équipe. Veille Stratégique : Suivre les initiatives du marché en matière de gestion des sinistres et maintenir le lien avec les équipes sinistres d'autres marchés. Expérience d'au moins 10 ans dans le domaine de la réassurance des sinistres. Bonne connaissance technique des sinistres et du marché français dans ce secteur. Intérêt pour la gestion de projets d'innovation dans ce domaine. Aisance rédactionnelle. Capacité à communiquer en anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral. Expérience des audits externes chez les clients. Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Pack Office).
