Role Overview

This role is situated within the Structuring & Execution (S&E) department, which includes expertise in project management, contract and procurement management, supply chain oversight, construction management, and technical guidance. The position focuses on two primary work streams:

  • Enhancing our methodologies: Refining, expanding, and implementing processes, tools, models, and training (including interactions with other business units), based on lessons learned,
  • Assisting projects throughout their various stages, undertaking S&E responsibilities (related to our areas of expertise) within project teams, particularly during the structuring and execution phases.

As a High Voltage Grid Connection Specialist , you will be part of the Electrical Engineering team, addressing grid-related issues.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support on grid connection matters for projects globally,
  • Overseeing consultants and subcontractors in engineering-related tasks,
  • Conducting risk assessments concerning grid connection issues for projects in various regions,
  • Establishing technical specifications for EPC contracts, procurement of equipment, and engineering services,
  • Leading technical discussions with advisors, insurers, and EPC contractors.
Required Qualifications

Essential

  • At least 6 years of experience in electrical infrastructure projects,
  • Exposure to international and multicultural environments, with proficiency in both French and English,
  • Expertise in relay coordination studies,
  • Knowledge of Medium & High voltage equipment standards, high voltage substations, grid connection studies, and grid integration.

Preferred

  • Proficiency in Spanish, as many projects are located in the Latin American region,
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector.

  • Flexibility for remote work, up to 2 days per week + 10 floating days annually.
