Software Security Manager

Ingenico Group, a global leader in payments acceptance solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Software Security Manager to join its Products & Solutions Security team. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing the security strategy for Ingenico's software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of security analysts and develop their skills to meet the security requirements of Ingenico's customers, focusing on cloud, on-premises, and embedded software security.
- Develop and implement a software security strategy aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirements, working closely with development and operation teams.
- Define risk management methodologies and processes, conducting regular security risk assessments, including asset directory creation, threat identification, risk identification, and treatment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security standards, such as PCI DSS, OWASP, ISO 27001, and NIST, and support internal and external security audits.
- Provide regular reports on software security initiatives, vulnerabilities, and incidents to senior management and stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, with 5 years of professional experience in software security. You should be proficient in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
