We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Devoteam Innovative Tech France. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and delivering digital products that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Needs Identification: Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize client needs, and gather user expectations.
- Product Roadmap Development: Develop and communicate the product roadmap, including the solution to be implemented.
- User Story Creation: Write user stories and associated acceptance criteria, following the Scrum methodology.
- Backlog Prioritization: Collaborate with the Scrum Master and stakeholders to prioritize the backlog based on business value.
- Product Validation: Participate in demos, design scenarios, and define validation tests for the product.
- Change Management: Develop a change management strategy and train stakeholders and end-users.
- Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients and evaluate the need for project changes.
- Project Governance: Participate in project governance and agile ceremonies.
- Stakeholder Management: Keep the project governance lead informed of project progress.
- Point of Contact: Be the primary point of contact for simple requests or bug resolution related to the product.
- Project Monitoring: Monitor the project, estimate budget and costs, and drive the advancement of application revenues.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: A degree in engineering or a Master's degree in computer science.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in digital project management, with a strong understanding of IT issues and technologies.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a passion for marketing. Fluency in English is required.
- Personal Qualities: Rigor, adaptability, and strong analytical, writing, and synthesis skills.
