About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Technologist to join our Electronic Direction team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and qualifying electronic assembly technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement plans for material validation and behavior analysis, ensuring compliance with budget, deadline, and quality objectives.
  • Design and integrate robustification solutions, including component fingerprinting, test vehicles, and interconnections.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide technical solutions that meet business requirements, adhering to established processes and policies.
  • Contribute to the integration of technical solutions, risk management, and performance optimization.
  • Assure the industrialization, series production, and maintenance of technical solutions.
  • Pilot and coordinate internal and external subcontracted activities.
  • Develop and propose actions to improve technical skills and knowledge within the business unit/project.
  • Communicate technical work and results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physics, Materials Science, or Electronics (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in robustification and protection of electronic cards.
  • Knowledge of printed circuit boards.
  • Team player with creativity, rigor, and open-mindedness.
  • Operational English for our international environment.
