Field Quality Coordinator (M/F) - Permanent Position
As a key player in our quality assurance team, you will be instrumental in executing the quality strategy across production and logistics operations.
Reporting directly to the Quality Assurance Manager, your primary responsibility will be to enforce the organization's quality standards on-site, ensuring adherence within our production facilities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and refine the quality culture within your area of responsibility, focusing on training, site inspections, cleanliness, traceability, and overall operational efficiency.
- Maintain a strong presence in the field to actively address and resolve quality assurance challenges.
- Develop and manage the annual qualification schedule for equipment and production facilities, including the creation of protocols, testing documentation, and qualification reports.
- Draft protocols and validation documents for manufacturing procedures.
- Address deviations and complaints within your sector, ensuring effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Contribute to the organization's ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Track and share performance indicators with relevant teams.
Additional Involvement:
- Gather and analyze data to prepare Product Quality Reviews.
- Compose operational procedures.
- Conduct metrological verification of specific equipment.
Your Profile:
A Bachelor's degree specializing in Quality Assurance is required.
Strong analytical skills, coupled with excellent writing and communication abilities, are essential for success in this role.
