Responsibilities:- Collaborate in the development and implementation of the factory's budget.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational efficiency metrics for the site.
- Refine, enhance, and maintain KPI tracking tools to ensure accurate data analysis.
- Draft comprehensive procedures to optimize factory management control processes.
- Contribute to strategic development projects and ERP system enhancements within the factory.
- Actively participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- Prior experience in a similar role within an industrial setting is highly desirable.
- A solid understanding of industrial budgeting principles and key factory KPIs is advantageous.
- Demonstrate strong initiative, a customer-centric approach, and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Possess analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a persistent mindset.
- Exhibit enthusiasm for contributing to company growth and financial performance improvement.
- Proficiency in Excel, databases, SharePoint, project management tools, and familiarity with SAP ERP systems are preferred.
- Minimum B1/B2 level of English proficiency is required.
