We are seeking a highly skilled Scientific Computing Engineer to join our team at Inria. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing models and algorithms for complex systems involving cascading effects.
Main Responsibilities- Reading and analyzing technical and scientific documentation
- Writing reports summarizing the documentation
- Collecting and implementing data sets for assessing model quality
- Developing and implementing models based on literature for variants of the problem
- Running computational experiments based on models and generated data
- Operations research expertise
- Proficiency in C++ and Python programming languages
- Partial reimbursement of public transport costs
- Possibility of teleworking and flexible organization of working hours
