Your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing and repairing electrical appliances at customers' homes and in our workshop,
• Managing spare parts orders, informing and supporting customers, and managing customer follow-up

We will support you to minimize administrative tasks.

You will benefit from ongoing training with our partner brands (MIELE, LIEBHERR, NOVY, etc...) to ensure you stay up-to-date with the latest technology, and you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and share your expertise.

With a background in MAVELEC, SEN, MAEMC, or equivalent, and/or experience in electrical appliance and multimedia SAV (washing machines, refrigerators, ovens, TVs),

Your organization skills allow you to work efficiently.

You are resourceful and independent.

You hold a valid Category B driving license.
