Position: State Certified Nurse
Location: Choisy-le-Roi, France
Employment Type: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Work Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday: 9am to 7pm; Wednesday and Friday: 9am to 5pm
Days Off: Weekends and public holidays
Position Overview:- Engage with a multidisciplinary team to execute tailored patient care strategies
- Perform clinical evaluations and assist in patient onboarding
- Encourage and support patients in maintaining or enhancing their capabilities
- Deliver technical, interpersonal, and educational support to avert health deterioration
- Contribute to the advancement and dissemination of knowledge and best practices
- Participate in departmental initiatives such as medication management and health promotion activities
