Corporate Medical Advisor

As an Occupational Health Physician, you will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including a medical assistant and a nurse, to enhance the health and safety standards for employees across various sectors.

• Perform comprehensive medical evaluations and ongoing assessments to determine employees' suitability for their specific roles.
• Conduct thorough job analyses and risk evaluations to proactively identify and mitigate potential workplace hazards.
• Engage in the formulation and execution of health and safety prevention initiatives.
• Work alongside internal teams within different organizations to provide guidance on job modifications and reclassification strategies.
• Facilitate educational and training sessions on occupational health matters.
• Participate in discussions with employee representatives and management to address health and safety concerns.
