They aim to develop, deploy, and operate a groundbreaking constellation of telecommunication satellites, empowering telecom and mobility operators to deliver high-performance internet services in a sustainable and affordable manner.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyze regulatory requirements related to the operation of the system, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations.
- Identify frequency management risks and opportunities, providing strategic guidance to the company.
- Conduct interference and compatibility analyses to assess the system's compatibility with other satellite operators and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate and maintain ITU frequency filings, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
- Lead technical negotiations with satellite operators, frequency users, and regulatory authorities to secure licenses and authorizations for international market access.
- Represent the company at international conferences, supporting their radio spectrum strategy.
- Collaborate with the satellite operations team to ensure the constellation operates in compliance with frequency coordination and regulatory requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Master's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SATCOM frequency management, planning, engineering, or regulation.
- Knowledge of satellite constellation mission planning and operations is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.
