EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT MONITOR (M/F) - SAVS Service

FIXED-TERM CONTRACT

We invite a qualified individual to join our team at the Chanteloup Hostel. The responsibilities of this role will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and spearhead projects as a primary contact
• Collaborate on Individualized Support Plans (PPA) with clients, their legal representatives, and the PPA coordinator, adhering to professional standards
• Plan, engage in, and assess activities linked to PPAs in conjunction with the activities manager
• Work within a multidisciplinary team, utilizing information collection tools, and ensure effective communication among team members
• Provide comprehensive educational assistance in daily tasks, structure routines, and accompany clients to social, professional, and healthcare appointments

Candidate Profile:

• Preferred qualification: Moniteur Educateur diploma
• Strong teamwork abilities, effective information sharing, and alignment with the institutional mission; excellent interpersonal skills
