As a Product Development Engineer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and manufacturing, to bring new product concepts to life. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept generation to final product validation.

Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and develop innovative product designs that align with customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer specifications and translate them into detailed technical designs.
  • Utilize advanced CAD software to create precise 3D models and engineering drawings.
  • Execute rigorous design verification and validation tests to ensure product performance, reliability, and safety.
  • Participate actively in design reviews and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Product Design.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, particularly CREO.
  • Comprehensive understanding of plastics materials, injection molding processes, and tool design principles.
  • Solid technical background in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
  • In-depth knowledge of GD&T drafting standards and DFMEA methodologies.
