Data Strategy Consultant for Chief Data Officers

KPMG France is seeking a talented and experienced Data Strategy Consultant to join our growing Lighthouse team.
As part of KPMG's global network, we support international clients in their data-driven transformation journeys. We develop advanced machine learning models and assist clients with navigating the complexities of data analytics.
Your Role:
- Develop comprehensive Data strategies for our clients, encompassing ambition definition, priority use case identification, roadmap creation, and budget allocation.
- Design and implement target organizational structures for clients' Data functions, ensuring efficient processes and operational excellence.
- Establish robust internal processes, including demand management, portfolio management, and governance frameworks, to ensure a data-driven approach across the organization.
- Cultivate a thriving Data culture within our clients' organizations through competency models, training/recruitment plans, and effective communication strategies.
- Collaborate with our technical experts to select appropriate Data architectures and tools, encompassing data collection and valorization, MDM repositories, data catalogs, datalakes, analytics platforms, and visualization solutions.
- Support clients in selecting and implementing solutions by managing RFPs for editors/integrators and assisting in the design and deployment process.
Your Profile:
- You hold a degree from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university and possess 3 to 6 years of experience in consulting or a large corporation.
- You have demonstrable expertise in one or more aspects of a company's Data transformation journey.
- Ideally, you possess knowledge of the technological landscape encompassing the data lifecycle, particularly in areas such as Data Governance (Axon, Collibra), MDM or DQM (Informatica, Talend), and Data Visualization (Power BI, Tableau).
- You are a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a collaborative spirit.
- You excel at presenting findings and advocating recommendations to both business and technical leaders.
